Eight Oconee County schools were recently named winners of the 2011 Single Statewide Accountability System (SSAS) Awards. The awards are presented by the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, and recognize “highest performance” on Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT) and the Georgia High School Graduation Test (GHSGT).
Four Oconee County schools were recently recognized by State Superintendent of Schools John Barge for excellence in student achievement by being named Title I Distinguished Schools.
